About the Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at our Port Macquarie store.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing expert customer service and sales support to our retail and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, building strong relationships with our trade customers.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met, working collaboratively to achieve a common objective.
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
