This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can utilize your technical expertise to deliver exceptional support. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing Level 2/3 support across various infrastructure systems, Microsoft 365 services, and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to clients via the Service Desk.
  • Manage and resolve client tickets in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain system availability, backups, patching, and disaster recovery readiness to ensure continuity of service.
  • Liaise with vendors and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and engage in occasional onsite client work to provide hands-on support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an IT support or MSP environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Entra ID, Defender, Autopilot) and other relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP, group policy, and virtualization solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls, Linux administration, and backup/disaster recovery tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
  • Possession of industry-recognized certifications or willingness to pursue them.
