Job Description

In this vital role, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions. You'll post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate between candidates and hiring teams.

You'll also maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and databases, communicate promptly with candidates throughout the recruitment process, conduct reference checks as needed, prepare and extend job offers, and stay informed on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Post job openings across various job boards and platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and databases.
  • Communicate promptly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks as needed.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, including drafting offer letters and facilitating onboarding.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Secure Parking offers a range of benefits, including secure parking at all our locations, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
