Job DescriptionRole Overview

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our General Insurance team, working closely with a Partner and their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal secretary to contribute to our firm's success and growth.

  • Manage and maintain accurate electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Prepare and draft court documents with attention to detail.
  • Edit and review documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience as a legal secretary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Good technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits include opportunities for professional development and community involvement.
