Job Overview

We are seeking a commercially savvy and strategic leader to drive growth across key channels in Australia and New Zealand. This pivotal role involves working closely with distributors and managing high-value customer relationships, including major national retailers and independent partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the sales strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Build and manage high-value customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and annual business strategies tailored to each market.
  • Oversee distributor relationships and lead the execution of trade marketing programs.
  • Drive range reviews, pricing strategies, planogram development, and contract negotiations.
  • Leverage category, shopper, and sales data to deliver insights and improve performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in sales within the beer, wine, spirits, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth through strategic planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of both major national retail and independent channels.
  • Confidence working independently and managing remote, cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in pricing strategy, range planning, planograms, and category management.
