
Regional Business Development Specialist

The Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the health and wellbeing of members of the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme arriving in Australia.
This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of employer partnerships aligned with the PALM scheme, which supports industries such as Agriculture, Hospitality, Fisheries, and Aged Care across rural and regional Australia.
This individual will be a key member of our team, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and expansion.
They will be responsible for building strong relationships with employers and their international workforce to ensure health requirements are met.
Additionally, they will coordinate delivery of health literacy workshops and webinars to help members navigate Australia's healthcare system.
Key aspects of this role include strategic account management, hands-on delivery, and community-focused prioritisation.
Requirements- Experience as an account or partnerships manager with a passion for building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Confidence in presenting to diverse audiences and ability to tailor communication to suit cultural and language differences.
- Proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to thrive in a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Openness to regular travel across regional and remote Australia to connect with employers and members on the ground.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to support community-driven prioritisation.
