We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Clinical Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our phase 1 clinical trials.

As a Clinical Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating study assessments and understanding clinical study design at our Australian units. You will work collaboratively with our Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Medical teams to ensure that activity aligns with the functional capacity of our multidisciplinary organization.

This role requires excellent time management skills, the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, adaptability, and a strong attention to detail. You will also support our Clinical Nurse Supervisors with Day-of-Operations activities and participate in study set up meetings to identify logistical challenges.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a health or science-related degree and experience in staff rostering. They will be solution-focused, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
