Clinical Research Logistics Specialist

This position involves coordinating logistics and operations in a clinical research setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from initiation to completion, including purchasing, delivery tracking, and invoicing.
- Coordinate shipments with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Support quality checks and report any issues with products or deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records in systems like ERP.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery times and follow up as needed.
- Monitor and report on delivery performance and order accuracy.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in logistics, purchasing, or order management.
- Understanding of working with 3PL providers and suppliers.
- Proficiency with systems such as ERP, SAP, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with international logistics or pharmaceutical products is advantageous.
- Knowledge of GDP or GWP is beneficial.
