As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating study assessments and understanding clinical study design at our Melbourne unit.

You will work collaboratively with our Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Medical teams to ensure that activity aligns with functional capacity of our multidisciplinary organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Participating in study set up meetings to identify logistical challenges
  • Managing clinical unit staff rosters
  • Assisting with resourcing requirements within the clinical unit, screening, and outpatient departments
  • Assisting in the design, preparation, and/or review of study assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team
  • Adaptable, shows initiative, and has a strong attention to detail
  • Solution-focused mindset with demonstrated resilience in the face of challenges
  • Tertiary qualified in a health or science-related degree (desirable)
