We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Electrician, you will be responsible for conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for Getinge equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting installations of capital equipment;
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure they are fully functional;
  • Liaising with the service coordination team before attending customer sites to prepare for resolving issues;
  • Completing Service Documentation via a mobile device.

Skill Requirements:

  • Restricted or full Electrical licence is mandatory;
  • Strong mechanical aptitude is essential;
  • A valid Driver's Licence is required;
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician is preferred;
  • A proven record of delivering exceptional results is expected;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary;
  • The ability to work under pressure and within a team is crucial.
