Job Title

A Field Service Technician is a crucial role that requires technical expertise, strong communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, performing equipment upgrades and repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The job involves working closely with service teams and managers to resolve complex technical problems, diagnose faults and deliver customer service that exceeds expectations. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of a team that works on-site installations, repairs and maintenance, ensuring that all activities meet company and legislative requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Perform equipment upgrades, modifications and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites.
  • Installation and removal of all gaming equipment.
  • Investigate and resolve problems, including complex system faults, and perform repair work as required.
  • Routine Preventive Maintenance.
