Restoration Labourer

StaffCo has partnered with one of Australia's leaders in restoration services for both properties and contents affected by emergency situations and are seeking restoration labourers who are keen to learn the industry and want to progress to a technician.This is casual ad hoc work with opportunities for ongoing work and career progression.The work will be in Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas.About The RoleAs a restoration labourer, you and the technician are the first representative to meet customers whose properties have been damaged by flood, fire, mould or other damages, therefore a large customer focus, high degree of professionalism and empathetic nature is essential.Each day will be different so you will need to be flexible with schedules and tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform extraction, cleaning, sanitization, and structural demolition.Attend to water, fire, and mould-affected properties, performing cleanup operations.Preparing scope for necessary works.Monitor and document progressive restoration efforts.Work closely with techniciansAdhere to legislative and WHS requirements.Perform general manual labour, including frequent driving.To be successful for the role you will require the below:Self motivation, strong work ethic and eager to grow and learnExcellent presentationPhysically fit to complete manual labouring duties – lifting and carrying of equipment materialsWillingness to learn and want career advancementOwn car and licenceConstruction White Card – AdvantageousMust be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testBenefits to you:Immediate starts availableFlexible shiftsA different day everydayBase pay rate from $31.21 per hours – plus allowancesOvertime availableFull training providedCareer Progression to become a technicianIf you feel you have the above attributes please apply online.
