About the Opportunity:

This critical role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, fostering collaboration across teams and driving continuous process improvement. As a Business Solutions Leader, you will oversee all application development efforts and provide effective support for applications.

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with the business to identify technology needs and ensure clear understanding of desired outcomes
  • Evaluate and prioritise technology initiatives based on business value, strategic importance, and alignment with organisational goals
  • Lead and manage the application support team, ensuring timely issue resolution and high-quality service delivery
  • Oversee all aspects of software development life cycle, leading and managing the application development team

  • Proven experience partnering in similar positions and industries, with a track record of successful collaboration between business and technology teams
