Fragomen is seeking talented graduates to join our corporate migration team in Sydney, Australia. As part of this dynamic team, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your expertise in corporate immigration law.

The role: Under supervision, you will have ownership of a caseload and be expected to proactively manage workflows with direct client contact. Working closely with our team of experienced lawyers, you will help prepare and file visa applications that meet all legal requirements. You will draft legal documents and client correspondence, as well as act as the day-to-day liaison with clients, assisting in client interviews and completing legal research.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Focus on delivering high-quality client service, working with a range of clients to understand their challenges and executing solutions

  • Process driven, possessing excellent attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in various systems and technology

  • Accountable, with an ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • An effective team player with a flexible and can-do work approach
