A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Immigration Lawyer to join our dynamic practice group.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a proven track record in corporate immigration law to provide high-quality legal advice to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting for a diverse client base, advising on global mobility, employer-sponsored schemes, sponsorship compliance and labour agreements.
  • Managing workflows and projects in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, prioritization skills and business acumen.

They will have experience in labour agreements, sponsorship compliance, merits and judicial review, and complex matters pertaining to character and health requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in corporate immigration law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
