About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Graduate, supporting immigration law matters in a fast-paced environment.

  • You will manage a caseload under supervision and proactively handle workflows with direct client contact.
  • Your responsibilities will include preparing and filing visa applications in compliance with legal requirements, drafting legal documents and client correspondence.
  • You will act as the day-to-day liaison with clients, assisting in client interviews and conducting legal research.
  • Collaboration is key in this role, working closely with a team of immigration lawyers and administrative staff to deliver exceptional results.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Recent graduation from law school or recent admission to legal practice, or strong Paralegal skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A quick learning ability with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Focused on delivering exceptional client service, with the ability to work with a range of clients to understand challenges and execute solutions.
  • A process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in various systems and technology.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Effective teamwork skills and a flexible approach.
