Immigration Lawyer - Corporate Visa Programs

We are seeking an experienced immigration and administrative lawyer to manage corporate visa programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage skilled visa programs for corporate sponsors by reviewing applications, preparing case documents and conducting due diligence.
  • Exposure to public interest criteria matters, merits reviews and jurisdictional error through the analysis of relevant legislation and case law.
  • Conduct complex migration matters with resources of an admin assistant to provide effective solutions to clients.
  • Develop strong communication skills with corporate clients and individual clients on complex cases through clear and concise writing and verbal skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to synthesize immigration law practice and procedure into delivery of comprehensive immigration and administrative law solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for a junior or associate level practitioner formerly of a corporate immigration law firm and/or Australian government solicitor.

Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PAE experience and be able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
