This is a dynamic and fast-paced position within the corporate migration team, where you will support legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload under supervision and handle workflows with direct client contact.
- Prepare and file visa applications in compliance with legal requirements.
- Draft legal documents and client correspondence.
- Act as the day-to-day liaison with clients, assisting in client interviews, and conducting legal research.
- Collaborate closely with a team of immigration lawyers and administrative staff.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Recent graduation from law school or recent admission to legal practice, or strong Paralegal skills.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Quick learning ability with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A focus on client service, with the ability to work with a range of clients to understand challenges and execute solutions.
- A process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills.
