Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless distribution of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing and downstream businesses, to execute weekly dispatch plans and meet customer expectations.
  • Optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Work closely with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and magazine operations.
  • Coordinate with transportation companies and authorities to secure trucks and shipping capacity, guaranteeing on-time delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product delivery and maintain accurate stock visibility and traceability.
  • Support the resolution of issues related to stock reconciliations, non-deliveries, and returns, minimizing losses and improving overall service quality.
  • Utilize SAP systems to manage inventory movements, material transactions, and write-offs, ensuring efficient and timely processes.
  • Process purchase requisitions and invoices accurately and in a timely manner, aligning raw materials and accessories with Transport Management to ensure accurate freight order creation.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Transportation Management, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of order-to-pick processes, inventory control, and stock movement protocols.
