ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate Inventory Specialist to deliver a comprehensive and value- added approach to our Inventory team. Primarily, you will be responsible for managing the Inventory and Cataloguing requirements for all Norton Goldfields Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Process all Application for New Stock Items (ANSI).
  • Standardize catalogue descriptions, master data, and inventory classification.
  • Upload and maintain catalogue and inventory details on the Pronto ERP system.
  • Manage daily and weekly site replenishment process (Reorder Report), forwarding to Purchasing for procurement.
  • Identify and address material duplication, standardizing like items across multiple mine sites.
  • Reporting of inventory status based on valuation, classification, usage, stockouts and were used.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the resources sector. 10 years' experience within Supply Management.
  • 5 years' experience of specific inventory management Current "C" Class Driver's License.
  • Diploma of Supply Chain Management or equivalent (highly regarded).
  • Mine site operational knowledge (highly regarded).
  • Strong demonstrable knowledge of all functions of Pronto and preferably SAP.
  • Sound understanding of Windows operating system and computer network infrastructure.
  • Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables skills for data validation, SOH and stock movement analysis and reporting.
  • Power BI, or business analytics.
