We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their skills and knowledge in managing inventory and cataloging requirements for all operations.

  • Manage daily and weekly site replenishment process, forwarding to Purchasing for procurement.
  • Process all Application for New Stock Items (ANSI).
  • Standardize catalogue descriptions, master data, and inventory classification.
  • Upload and maintain catalogue and inventory details on the Pronto ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Deliver a comprehensive and value-added approach to our Inventory team.
  • Identify and address material duplication, standardizing like items across multiple mine sites.
  • Reporting of inventory status based on valuation, classification, usage, stockouts and were used.

Requirements:

">
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the resources sector.
  • 5 years' experience of specific inventory management.
  • Diploma of Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Mine site operational knowledge.
  • Strong demonstrable knowledge of all functions of Pronto and SAP.
  • Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables skills for data validation, SOH and stock movement analysis and reporting.
