Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead the development of our digital banking experience.

This is a unique opportunity for visionary leaders who are passionate about driving innovation through emerging technologies, AI capability, and world-class engineering practices.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital presence and will be responsible for overseeing the migration of modern tooling, decommissioning outdated systems, and building a scalable, reliable, and secure ecosystem.

About the Role

This leader will champion and embed a strong culture of DevSecOps and full-cycle engineering, where engineers use their creative mindset to design and build the best software solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to design overall tech direction, advise and influence on technologies and complex integration strategies, and AI enablement
  • Implement solutions to complex group wide problems, enabling efficiencies and smart automation
  • Lead the migration of modern tooling, decommission outdated systems, and build a scalable, reliable, and secure ecosystem
  • Champion and embed a strong culture of DevSecOps and full-cycle engineering
