Job Description

Welcome and sign patients in to our dental practice. Maintain patient recall system to ensure reminders are sent promptly.

  • Answer inbound calls to provide accurate information for our members and answer general queries.
  • Process patient accounts and schedule follow up appointments.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in dental or medical administration or reception, with skills in:

  • Processing accounts and booking appointments.
  • Cash handling and receipting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivation, organisation, and ability to manage workload while staying calm under pressure.
  • Reliability, honesty, and a commitment to our team environment.
