Your Role:

What You'll Do:

  • Answer phone and email enquiries
  • Assist dentists chairside during procedures
  • Maintain infection control and sterilisation standards
  • Process payments and health fund claims
  • Support daily admin and help keep the practice running smoothly

We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or assistant is a bonus, but not essential—positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • A genuine passion for helping people
  • Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or working towards) is an advantage
