Computer Repair Technician Position

As a skilled Computer Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on both Apple and Windows computers. You will provide onsite computer repair and maintenance services to clients, offering expert advice and technical support while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex hardware and software problems on a variety of computer systems.
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to client issues, ensuring minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed, including client contact information and service history.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on both Apple and Windows computers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid State License and reliable transportation for traveling to client locations.
  • Insurance coverage for your vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $60.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Traveling Charges:

Traveling charges reimbursed at a rate of $1.00 per kilometer after the first 20 kilometers one-way.
