Job Title:

We are seeking a Community Support Officer/Scheduler to join our organization.

This is a Full Time opportunity based in Loganholme, forming an important part of our head office team. You will be responsible for scheduling allied health services and liaising with clients/carers.

You will also respond to telephone calls, messages, booking requests and inquiries from clients, carers and internal and external stakeholders regarding cancellations or changes to scheduled services.

Additionally, you will perform initial administration on AlayaCare for new referrals, assist with the rostering of client service, and handle data entry and general office duties.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational and administrative skills. You must be able to work effectively as a member of a team and autonomously.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with clients/carers to schedule allied health services
  • Respond to telephone calls, messages, booking requests and inquiries from clients, carers and internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform initial administration on AlayaCare for new referrals
  • Assist with the rostering of client service
  • Handle data entry and general office duties
