Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients across Australia and New Zealand.
This role involves managing order fulfillment, liaising with Supply Chain and Sales teams, and providing information on products and services to customers.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing order fulfillment to meet customer requirements
- Liaising with Supply Chain and Sales teams for timely communication on delivery timeframes and delays
- Providing information on products, services, prices, and trading terms to customers, consumers, and end users
- Participating in team meetings to plan and review work schedules, procedures, and policies, and engaging in training
- Escalating situations as needed
The successful candidate will require:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in the building products or construction industry
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
