Job Opportunity

We are seeking an organised and skilled individual to join our team as a Scheduler/Customer Care Specialist.

The role is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient schedules are produced for technicians, minimising customer defections through high-quality service scheduling, guiding technicians on priorities when necessary, rostering employees, and proactively contacting customers to rebook regular services.

The Role Includes:

  • Ensuring effective and efficient schedules are produced for technicians (10+ staff)
  • Minimising customer defections through high-quality service scheduling
  • Guiding technicians on priorities when necessary
  • Rostering employees
  • Proactively contacting customers to rebook regular services

Requirements:

  • Logistics or freight forwarding experience beneficial for schedule management
  • Industry experience in waste management, services, building or pest control advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with the Brisbane area and regional surrounds
  • Self-motivated individual with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Commitment to continual improvement and service delivery
  • Demonstrated client liaison skills
  • Effective communication, computer, and hazard identification understanding
