We are seeking a detail-oriented property claims consultant to join our dynamic claims team. This role involves managing property claims from end to end, working across a diverse portfolio.
- Accurately assess and manage property claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle claims efficiently within agreed workflow timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key responsibilities include responding to customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction with empathy and professionalism. Additionally, you will manage incoming call enquiries and provide clear and timely support to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in property claims handling is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to adapt communication to different customer groups.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven time management and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
