About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Strategist to lead our digital performance activities across key brand and products.

This role involves overseeing the development of a comprehensive digital strategy, ensuring that all digital channels are optimized for maximum performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, with experience in managing budgets, teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a digital strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
  • Managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, social media, display, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Leading a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and sales to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

3+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as marketing or business.

Proficient skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads.

Experience working with large datasets and analyzing complex metrics.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
