">Job Description:

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to receive, assess, and respond to complaints in accordance with defined criteria and statutory obligations.

">Key Responsibilities:
">
  • Receiving and assessing complaints from various stakeholders, including individuals and organisations.
  • Ensuring that all complaints are handled in a timely, accurate, and procedurally fair manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complaints.
  • Providing clear and concise advice to stakeholders on the status of their complaints.
  • Managing and maintaining confidential records related to complaints.

">Requirements:
">
  • Postgraduate degree in public administration, regulatory practice, or a related field would be an advantage.
  • Current Western Australian C or C-A class drivers' licence or equivalent.
