Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and building a community of tutors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals
  • Create high-quality, regular content that is educational, entertaining, or in line with recent trends
  • Engage with our online community through comment threads, messaging, etc.
  • Plan and publish posts at optimal times to maximize virality across various platforms
  • Maintain the consistency of our brand voice and messaging across all channels
  • Track and analyze social media data to enhance our strategy
  • Liaise with the marketing team to plan and create campaigns
  • Build our community of tutors by sharing relevant and engaging content
  • Organize term events for tutors and create events in Tutor Hub to generate interest

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong understanding of our audience's interests and preferences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business

Benefits:
