Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy that aligns with our brand values and goals.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends to keep us at the forefront of social media innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance content, processes, and partnerships, and present these to the team.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars that showcase our brand voice and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with influencers and agencies to deliver engaging storytelling that resonates with our audience.
  • Foster authentic engagement across platforms, working closely with our customer experience team.
  • Manage influencer relationships, gifting, and brand collaborations aligned to our values and objectives.
  • Design and execute creative campaigns and competitions that deepen audience connection and drive impact.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of social media experience who can bring a standout portfolio that demonstrates their ability to grow channels and create compelling content. They should be skilled in mobile-first content creation, have a deep understanding of platform trends and tools, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in social media, with experience in either an agency, studio, or in-house environment.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases their ability to drive growth and create high-performing content.
  • Excellent knowledge of mobile-first content creation and platform trends.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural flair for storytelling.
  • Staying connected to social trends, popular culture, and major platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
