Family Reunification Specialist

The Family Preservation and Reunification (FPR) Practitioner will collaborate with the FPR Practice Leader to provide leadership for the FPR team. This position contributes to high-quality practice through informal supervision, coaching, consultation, support, and training for staff and students.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 30.4 hours per week in Mildura within our Family Preservation and Reunification Response program. The position reports directly to the Practice Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver clinical interventions and family-centered practice with vulnerable children, young people, and families with complex needs.
- Develop and implement quality improvement practices and contribute to the development of services.
