Are you a seasoned professional looking to drive business growth through strategic partnerships? We are seeking an experienced Channel Leader to spearhead the execution of our channel strategy across acquisition and partner management.

About the Role
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of our Channel strategy, driving revenue growth and customer engagement targets related to partners' role in our customer journey.

You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of our Channel strategy, leading a team in acquiring, activating, and managing programs around hundreds of Vanta partners. Your success will be measured by revenue and customer engagement targets related to partners' role in our customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the day-to-day execution of our Channel strategy
  • Lead a team in acquiring, activating, and managing programs around hundreds of Vanta partners
  • Own the onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction of partners, as well as customer satisfaction related to partner work
  • Deliver against monthly pipeline, revenue, and engagement goals for partners
  • Redefine playbooks across roles to drive the next iteration of our partner strategy
  • Mature the role and jobs-to-be-done of channel development associates and channel managers
Requirements
  • Leverage previous experience driving channel sales within the same product category
  • Command of key business metrics and reliable forecasting
  • Mastery of coaching value-based selling methodology
  • Strong cross-functional partnerships and talent development skills
  • Independent operator capable of leading a team in a rapidly changing environment
