WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

As a Strategy Director, you'll be at the heart of shaping how brands connect with people through media. This is your chance to take the lead on major campaigns, using audience research and cultural insights to build strategies that make TV, radio, print, and out-of-home advertising more powerful and effective than ever. You'll become the go-to expert on consumer behaviour, identifying shifts and opportunities that give brands a competitive edge, and working alongside creative, media, and platform partners to ensure every campaign is culturally relevant and impossible to miss. Acting as the architect of these campaigns, you'll design seamless brand experiences across multiple channels, mapping out every high-impact moment of engagement. You'll champion bold, forward-thinking ideas, backed by data, research, and proven marketing frameworks, ensuring your recommendations are both innovative and effective. Collaborating closely with senior client leads and internal teams, you'll use your expertise in media planning, analytics, and modelling to validate strategies and bring them to life. This is a senior leadership role where you can influence global brands, shape the direction of high-profile campaigns, perfect for someone who thrives on driving big thinking and turning insights into measurable impact.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Proven experience in a similar role within an Agency
  • Strong background in traditional media (TV, OOH, Radio) with a deep understanding of the Australian media landscape
  • Strong client management skills, ideally with a background in managing and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for producing work that drives results and elevates the client-agency partnership
