Rural Health Occupational Therapy Specialist

This role recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level assessment, therapeutic, and preventative Occupational Therapy services in community/school and acute settings.
- Demonstrate advanced reasoning skills and operate with minimal direct clinical supervision.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, research, and service development processes.
This position requires strong time management, written and verbal communication, and IT skills including the ability to use Telehealth software. The successful candidate will have experience in staff and student supervision, as well as excellent communication skills for interacting constructively and collaboratively with stakeholders.
