The Liquor business is undergoing a large transformation, driven by multiple projects with varying scales.
This role involves leading the planning and execution of these projects to ensure successful implementation against the Liquor strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and scope, then manage expectations
- Develop comprehensive project plans to deliver projects according to performance measures and achieve targeted outcomes
- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, and timing for new initiatives
- Identify and manage all risks and issues across the project, escalating appropriately
- Establish strong project governance that ensures regular reporting for senior leadership teams and project stakeholders
About You And Your Skills
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of leading mid-to-large-scale business initiatives, including involvement in supply chain transformation programs.
- Experience with automated ordering and replenishment processes will be highly advantageous or experience within a retail/FMCG environment
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and gain buy-in with senior leaders across various levels
- Proven ability to manage project governance, scheduling, financial management, change control, risks, issues, and assumptions
- Strong understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Ability to relate to and understand business requirements in all retail streams (operations, merchandise, supply chain, marketing etc)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project management plans to deliver projects according to performance measures and targeted business outcomes
• Collaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, and timing
• Identify and manage all risks and issues across the project, escalating appropriately

• Proven experience in leading mid-to-large-scale business initiatives, including supply chain transformation programs
• Strong understanding of project governance, change management principles, and performance evaluation processes
