Talent Acquisition Lead

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process. This involves attracting, selecting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the needs of our business.

Your primary goal is to develop and execute long-term talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals and workforce planning. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR, and senior leadership to understand business needs and deliver seamless hiring experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Buidling a strong employer brand
  • Managing recruitment campaigns
  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality hires

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in talent acquisition (4-6 years) in a matrix organization
  • Broad knowledge across a wide range of TA disciplines
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent
  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and HR analytics tools
