
Sales Forecast Manager

This role involves collaborating with senior sales and marketing leaders to develop precise demand-driven sales forecasts.
Key Responsibilities- Utilizing advanced forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to develop comprehensive sales forecasts
- Developing aggregate demand forecasts and supporting assumptions on a monthly basis for use in the Demand Review and Sales & Operations Planning Meetings
- Establishing, maintaining, and leveraging forecasting tools and processes to develop the demand plan
- Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the accuracy/bias in demand forecasts to drive continuous improvement
- Serving as the primary point of contact for supply planning, including the master production scheduler, to manage change and balance supply/demand to achieve optimal customer service levels and supply chain efficiency
- Driving the Sales & Operations Planning process for assigned Business Units
- Product Life Cycle Management based on strategic business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- A curious and analytical mindset
- Background in forecasting, sales, marketing, or finance
- Experience or understanding of supply chain functions
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Confidence in facilitating meetings with sales and marketing teams to understand their sales forecasts while contributing analytical insights
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
- Proficiency in learning new ERP systems
