About the Position

This role involves collaborating with senior sales and marketing leaders to develop precise demand-driven sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilizing advanced forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to develop comprehensive sales forecasts
  • Developing aggregate demand forecasts and supporting assumptions on a monthly basis for use in the Demand Review and Sales & Operations Planning Meetings
  • Establishing, maintaining, and leveraging forecasting tools and processes to develop the demand plan
  • Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the accuracy/bias in demand forecasts to drive continuous improvement
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for supply planning, including the master production scheduler, to manage change and balance supply/demand to achieve optimal customer service levels and supply chain efficiency
  • Driving the Sales & Operations Planning process for assigned Business Units
  • Product Life Cycle Management based on strategic business objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Experience or understanding of supply chain functions
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
  • Confidence in facilitating meetings with sales and marketing teams to understand their sales forecasts while contributing analytical insights

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Proficiency in learning new ERP systems
