Job Description

The Demand Planner role involves partnering with senior sales and marketing leaders to develop accurate demand-based sales forecasts. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to create data-driven forecasts.

  • Developing sales forecasts using demand-modelling techniques, statistical analysis, and liaison with stakeholders
  • Establishing and maintaining forecasting tools and processes for developing the demand plan
  • Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure forecast accuracy and drive improvement
  • Coordinating with supply planning and master production scheduler teams to balance supply and demand
  • Driving the Sales & Operations Planning process for assigned Business Units
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Product Life Cycle Management based on Business Strategies
  • Forecasting, sales, marketing or finance background
  • Exposure or understanding of supply chain functions
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • A curious attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate across different divisions
