Job Title: Identity Solutions Lead/Business Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as an Identity Solutions Lead/Business Consultant. In this critical role, you will play a key part in shaping our customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Deliver demos and lead technical responses for RFPs/POCs, showcasing our biometric and authentication technologies.
  • Translate customer requirements into secure solution architectures, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in identity verification, biometric authentication, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and biometric technologies.
  • Experience in SaaS platforms and enterprise client engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire teamwork and collective achievement.
