Identity Solutions Lead

This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, combining technical expertise with business insight. You will play a key part in the entire customer journey, supporting pre-sales, driving implementation, and ensuring post-sales success.

As an Identity Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for advising on digital identity, biometric authentication, and proofing. You will also provide guidance on compliance frameworks such as GDPR, PSD2, eIDAS, and FIDO.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 6 years of experience in identity, authentication, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and biometric technologies.
  • Experience in SaaS platforms and enterprise client engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with FIDO standards and regulatory landscapes.
  • Relevant technical certifications such as CISSP, FIDO Certified, PMP.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
