Job Description

The Identity Solutions Lead/Business Consultant role requires a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, combining technical expertise with business insight.

This customer-facing subject matter expert (SME) role bridges technical depth with business value, supporting both Sales and Customer Success functions to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

You will play a key role across the entire customer journey—supporting pre-sales, driving implementation, and ensuring post-sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on digital identity, biometric authentication, and proofing.
  • Provide guidance on compliance frameworks.
  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions.
  • Deliver demos and lead technical responses for RFPs/POCs.
  • Translate customer needs/business requirements into secure solution architectures.
  • Support implementation and integration alongside Customer Success Managers.
  • Maximise platform adoption and business outcomes for customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting and enhancements.

As an Identity Solutions Lead/Business Consultant, you will be responsible for designing secure, scalable solutions using product suite technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with 6+ years in identity, authentication, or cybersecurity. You should have strong knowledge of IAM protocols and biometric technologies.

Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders are required. Familiarity with FIDO standards and relevant technical certifications is advantageous.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teamwork and collective achievement are necessary.
