Border Riverina Disability Service Leadership OpportunityWe seek a dynamic leader to drive our Border Riverina disability service based in Albury/Wodonga to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centered services to our customers.
The ideal candidate will inspire, consult and guide their team to achieve great things and enhance the lives of people we support in a respectful and accountable manner.
Leadership qualities required include decisive decision-making, problem-solving, creativity and a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services or Social Services or equivalent skills/experience.
- Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within the NDIS-era disability sector.
