Disability Services Area Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our disability service in Border Riverina.
This is a high-achieving role that requires:

- Stakeholder Engagement – building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, developing and maintaining partnerships to drive business growth and deliver exceptional services.
- Operational Oversight – managing day-to-day service delivery, overseeing the development and implementation of operational strategies and policies.
- Performance Management – setting clear expectations and monitoring KPIs, driving performance improvements and ensuring accountability throughout the organization.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the disability sector, with a deep understanding of the complex needs and challenges faced by individuals and communities.
- Strong leadership skills, including workforce capacity building and practice capabilities, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving goals.
- Considerable hands-on experience in transitioning new customers and establishing services, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and excellent customer experiences.
- Strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions that drive business success.
- Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and drive collaborative outcomes.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively and engage audiences through compelling storytelling.
- Sound financial analysis and budget management skills, with a focus on optimizing resources and driving business efficiency.
