Disability Service Operations Leader

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our disability service operations in the Border Riverina region. This role requires expertise in managing complex care services, driving quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Disability or Social Services.
- At least three years' experience in operations leadership within the NDIS-era disability sector.
- Proven skills in strategic planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
