Senior Disability Service Manager

Our organization seeks a dynamic leader to manage disability services in the Border Riverina region.
This position involves delivering high-quality, person-centered services to customers and inspiring team members to strive for excellence.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the disability sector, with strong command of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguarding Framework.
The ideal candidate must possess leadership skills, sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in complex people-oriented environments.
Applicants must hold a tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services or Social Services, or equivalent skills/experience, and a minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within the NDIS-era disability sector.
Essential Requirements- Current driver's license
- Right to work in Australia
- Willingness to obtain a working with children check, NDIS clearance, and National Criminal History Check
