Experienced Hospitality Professionals Wanted for The Cut

Welcome to a unique opportunity to join the esteemed team at The Cut, Australia's premier dining group. As an experienced hospitality professional, you will have the chance to work in one of our premium restaurants or bars, delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistent service sequences.
Our ideal candidate will possess previous experience as a Section Waiter, Host, Bartender or Runner in a premium/hatted setting, with a proven ability to deliver a premium guest experience. Strong interpersonal skills and presentation are essential, as well as availability for minimum 20 hours per week, including Friday & Saturday dinner services.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, reflecting casual rates as per the Hospitality Industry General Award.
