As a hospitality professional at The Cut, you'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional service and culinary experiences.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Section Waiter, Host, or Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding guest experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless table turns;
  • Managing tables efficiently and effectively during peak periods;
  • Providing accurate and timely food and beverage orders;
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and other teams to ensure smooth service operations;
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our menu, wine list, and promotions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum 20 hours per week availability, including Friday and Saturday dinner services;
  • Previous experience as a Section Waiter, Host, or Bartender in a premium setting;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities;
  • Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
